About the Job

As a Rental Account Executive / Senior Executive, your responsibilities will include:

Creating rental quotations with meticulous attention to detail
Navigating budget negotiations with charm and finesse
Providing technical expertise and product advice that leaves clients impressed and eager to work with us again and again
Offering ingenious solutions for alternatives and upgrades when required
Collaborating with your colleagues both in the bookings, technical and logistics teams to ensure successful delivery of each client project.

We understand the importance of fostering an environment where everyone can thrive and reach their full potential. That's why we'll provide comprehensive training on our bookings system, IT infrastructure, and extensive product range when you join our talented team.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a client-facing role within the film, video, and broadcast industry, preferably in camera/lighting equipment rental. However, we welcome applicants from other areas such as post-production, events, or studios, who are seeking a new challenge
A natural flair for organisation and meticulous attention to detail
A proactive and motivated mindset that's driven to deliver exceptional results
Excellent communication skills, allowing you to connect effortlessly with clients, suppliers and the rest of our team.
Native-level spoken and written English.

Details

Our regular working hours are typically Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00, but we may occasionally require flexibility for earlier or later shifts
While this role is primarily office-based, we're happy to discuss remote working opportunities
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with skills, experience, and industry standards.
