This role involves ensuring high-quality transmission of matches, managing media teams, and coordinating with external broadcasters to deliver a seamless viewing experience for fans worldwide.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee live broadcast operations during matchdays, ensuring smooth transmission to TV and streaming platforms
  • Coordinate with external broadcasters, production teams, and technical staff to set up and manage broadcast equipment
  • Monitor live feeds and troubleshoot any technical issues to ensure uninterrupted broadcasts
  • Manage media rights and ensure all content complies with broadcasting regulations
  • Work closely with the stadium's operations team to ensure the best setup for broadcasting, including camera placement and technical requirements
  • Ensure proper media accreditation and logistics for broadcasters, journalists, and camera crews
  • Working hours will be flexible, including weekend work, two days prior to and one day following a match.


The Person: 

  • Previous experience in live sports broadcasting or technical operations
  • Strong knowledge of broadcast equipment, software, and technical setups
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure during live events
  • Knowledge of Premier League Section K and UEFA regulations - desirable.
