Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning digital content studio and media network who are currently on a quest to find a Production Coordinator to join our Sport team. Is this your next opportunity?
In this role, you will provide essential logistical and administrative support to our production team across a range of projects and platforms, including digital, broadcast, and social media. You will play a key role in coordinating schedules, managing resources, tracking budgets, and ensuring that all aspects of production run smoothly from pre-production through post. Your efforts will be crucial in helping us deliver high-quality content on time, within budget, and aligned with our creative goals.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Project planning and assisting with the smooth running of our production processes
- Supporting the production team
- Managing a variety of cost monitors, ensuring that delivery is achievable within the required timeframe and budget
- Building and running production schedules
- Managing end-to-end production; incl. Crew and kit hire, location arrangements, permits, travel and accommodation
- Booking International travel, organising Visas and other supporting documents such as ATA carnets
- Creating call sheets and risk assessments
- Helping source and recruit freelance crews
- Helping manage people and resources, and assessing/reporting production risks
- Risk management and integration of safety protocols into productions
- Helping manage compliance and legal requirements of original video content.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
- Strong understanding of all production stages, from development to delivery
- Proven experience in digital production; documentary experience a plus
- Familiarity with staffing, talent/production contracts, and business affairs processes
- Skilled multitasker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, organisational, and logistical abilities
- Proactive mindset with strong foresight and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of legal, clearance, and compliance issues
- Genuine interest in digital and history-focused content
- Experience handling post-production paperwork and deliverables
- Comfortable working with 3rd party archive material
- Confident in external-facing roles and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Proficient in G-Suite (especially Sheets) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
