Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage executives' calendars, appointments, and scheduling
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries for executives
  • Monitor and track project deadlines, and proactively follow up on action items
  • Conduct research and compile data
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations
  • Assist and oversee projects/research/reports as needed
  • Completing additional executive needs as they arise.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
  • Aptitude for efficiently managing email correspondence and scheduling
  • Confident interacting with high-level personnel and acting as a liaison between multiple executives
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work with teammates from different backgrounds
  • Comfortable making proactive recommendations
  • Proficient in handling multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Curiosity and willingness to develop industry related Knowledge
  • Educational background includes holding a Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working at an agency, studio, production company or network is desired, but not required.
