The show features a broad range of content and you could find yourself looking after breaking news, emotional real life stories, health and consumer items, celebrity interviews - and much more.


The Role.

As one of our researchers you will be expected to come up with ideas for topical quality content, as well as researching stories, writing briefs and conducting research chats.


You will be creative and passionate about television and have an excellent knowledge of current affairs and the stories that matter to our viewers.


Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)

  • Experience working on live, studio-based programmes at Researcher level
  • Experience conducting research chats, writing briefs and looking after guests.


Other things we’re looking for (key criteria)

  • An abundance of creative ideas
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A good grasp of the Ofcom code
  • A good knowledge of current affairs
  • An ability to be a team player and work effectively with different departments across the programme.

Do you have an abundance of ideas for engaging content? 

If the answer is yes, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our team on This Morning as a Researcher.

Salary: £30,000 - £31,000.
