Reporting to: Commissioning Editor

Key Areas of responsibility:

Carry out daily checklist to prepare accurate schedules for sending to playout providers
Process advertising files from sales and send complete schedules to playout providers
Input continuity items and information to set deadlines and liaise with continuity producers to ensure all scripting information is accurate and up to date
To view and log programmes considering transitions, commercial compliance and editorial judgements for all the linear and VOD channels
Work with all departments to ensure weekly and daily deadlines are met.

Requirements & Previous experience with:

Experience within the broadcasting industry desirable
Some knowledge/experience of Veset or other scheduling systems preferred
Good PC skills including Microsoft packages
Display initiative and be adaptable to change
Be able to prioritise optimally and display strong organisational skills
Able to work within tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
